BESPOKE FURNITURE DESIGN
For clients seeking custom furniture pieces designed specifically for their space and story.
Studio Lobo designs and fabricates bespoke furniture that serves as the sculptural anchor of a room. Each piece is crafted with meticulous attention to materiality, proportion, and function—designed not just to fill a space, but to define it. Our furniture can be commissioned as standalone pieces or integrated into full interior design projects.
Custom furniture services include:
Concept development and design sketches
Material selection and finish specification
Fabrication coordination with master craftspeople
Delivery and installation
Ideal for: Clients seeking signature pieces—dining tables, case goods, seating, lighting—that can't be found in showrooms.
Design Fee: $5K minimum per piece, depends on design complexity.
Covers concept development, design sketches, technical drawings, material specifications, and fabrication guidance. This fee is paid upfront and is non-refundable.
Fabrication: Starting at $8K, typically ranging $8K–$50K+
Pricing depends on scale, materials, and complexity. We coordinate with master craftspeople and oversee the entire production process.
Timeline: 12 – 20 weeks for fabrication and delivery.

2. Concept Development
We translate your vision into a cohesive design concept, presenting moodboards, spatial plans, and material palettes that capture the soul of the project.
3. Design Development
We refine every detail—custom furniture designs, finish selections, lighting plans, and FF&E specifications—ensuring the design is both beautiful and buildable.
4. Construction Documentation (project dependent)
We will produce construction documents that will include all plans (partition, finishes & flooring, lighting, electrical, FF&E), detailed millwork drawings and schedules.
5. Procurement & Construction Administration
We manage all sourcing, fabrication, and coordination with artisans, contractors, and vendors, maintaining design integrity throughout execution.
6. Installation & Styling
We oversee final installation and styling, ensuring every element comes together seamlessly. The result: a space that feels collected over time, designed to be lived in fully.
